This is a short excerpt from the exhibition of my final MA project, Bound.
The work was exhibited on the 14th August 2014 at the Fusion screen, The Forum, Norwich. This short video shows some of my peers and members of the public interacting with the installation. This work was shown prior to my final MA show which opens on the 5th September 2014 at Norwich University of the Arts.
This work is a collaboration with Dr. Don Lincoln (Fermilab) and explores cutting-edge research in particle physics applied to an interactive installation that utilises some of the latest 3D camera scanning techniques. The sound is generated by data gathered by the ATLAS particle detector. This technology allows the creation of immersive and interactive motion graphics that react to both movement and sound.
